2. To Enter: Giveaway begins at 9:00 am EST on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on Friday, July 31, 2016. To enter, leave a comment containing three words which you believe tell your story on the First County Bank Facebook blog. One (1) entry per three word First County Bank Blog Facebook comment. Maximum number of entries is six (6) entries per individual. Entrants agree the comment submitted is original and may be utilized by First County Bank in future communications. If an Entrant would like to enter the Giveaway without leaving a comment, on a 3”x 5” card, legibly hand print or type your first name, last name, age, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number (including area code) and email address (if any) and mail the envelope to: “Share Your Story,” Marketing Department, First County Bank, 117 Prospect Street, Stamford, CT 06901. All envelopes must be postmarked by July 15, 2016 and all mailed entries must be received by August 5, 2016 to be considered eligible in the Giveaway. Limit of one (1) entry per envelope. Maximum number of entries allowed during the Giveaway Period via this method is six (6) per Entrant. No automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsor is First County Bank.
3. Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. This Giveaway is only open to residents of the states of Connecticut and New York, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of First County Bank and their immediate family members and persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win.
4. Drawing: First County Bank will select one (1) winner from all eligible entries in a random drawing no later than Friday, August12, 2016. Winner will be contacted directly by a representative of First County Bank using the email or Facebook account provided at time of registration or from the information provided on a received postcard. Winner’s name may be posted on First County Bank’s Facebook, Twitter, corporate website (www.firstcountybank.com) and corporate blog (http://blog.firstcountybank.com). If winner does not respond to telephone or email notification within five (5) business days of the date of notification, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Ownership/Liability Release and Publicity Release (the “Affidavit”). Affidavit must be returned within ten (10) business days from the postmark date or time-stamp on the prize notification post or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Prize: First County Bank will award one (1) prize to be redeemed at a designated First County Bank office. Prize consists of a VISA® Gift Card valued at $250.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No prize substitutions or cash equivalent of prize is permitted.
