First County Bank has served our local community since we first opened our doors in 1851. First County is a Stamford-based bank with branch locations in Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk and Westport. Through the dedication and charitable nature of our Bank and its Directors, Corporators, Officers and Employees, we strive to make a difference in our community.

In 2001, First County Bank established the First County Bank Foundation, Inc. The mission of the Foundation is to distribute funds annually to local non-profit organizations who support community and economic development or children/youth/families.

The funds granted by the Foundation are to benefit the residents of the Bank’s community which consists of Stamford, Greenwich, New Canaan, Darien, Westport, and Norwalk. The Bank's establishment of this Foundation ensures that local charitable needs can be continually met into the future.

From April 1st to December 31st, you may complete the Small Grant Application Form for grant requests of $2,500 and under (if your organization supports community or economic development or children and families) or for grant amounts of $1,000 and under (if your organization falls outside of the grant parameters) and submit the completed form to: First County Bank Foundation, Inc. 117 Prospect Street Stamford, CT 06901 Attention: Katherine Harris, V.P First County Bank Foundation, Inc.
